Konstrukce SPC vinylových podlah

SPC = Kamenné plastové kompozitní vinylové podlahy. SPC jsou považovány za upgradovanou verzi umělých vinylových podlah. Tuhá podlaha SPC se odlišuje od ostatních typů vinylových podlah svou jedinečně odolnou vrstvou jádra. Hlavním obsahem jádra SPC je prášek z přírodního kamene(až 65%), PVC priskiřic (25%) a stabilizátorů (10%), které jsou namíchané podle přesné receptury. Jedná se o evoluci a vylepšení běžných luxusních vinylových podlah (LVT). Jádro pak poskytuje neuvěřitelně stabilní základnu pro každou podlahovou lamelu. Jakmile jsou podlahy nainstalovány, vypadají jako jakékoli jiné umělé vinylové podlahy, přičemž jádro je zcela skryto uvnitř.

Každé prkno SPC podlahy je složeno z těchto vrstev:
Nášlapní vrstva: Tato průhledná vrstva je nahoře. Poskytuje odolnost proti poškrábání a skvrnám a snadno se udržuje v čistotě.
Vinylová vrstva: Tato vrstva poskytuje dekorace pro prkno. Barvy a vzory se tisknou na vinyl.
SPC vrstva: Toto je husté, vodotěsné jádro pro prkno vyrobené z přírodního vápencového prášku, polyvinylchloridu a stabilizátorů. Poskytuje tuhost a stabilitu prkna.
Předem připevněná podložka: Tato vrstva je vyrobena z pěny EXPE, která poskytuje zvukovou izolaci a odpružení.

Waterproof, moisture resistant material

Dimensional stability

The SPC floor is extremely dimensional stable due to its natural content. It can be exposed to a temperature of + 80 ° C, for 6 hours, at a shrinkage of 0.13, with a waviness of 0.2 mm.

Fire proof

The SPC floor has passed the CE standard fire test, the fire resistance is Bfl-s1. The SPC floor is non-flammable, non-spontaneous in combustion, the flame automatically ceases in 5 seconds. It does not produce toxic and harmful gases.

Formaldehyde-free

The SPC core is made of high quality limestone and PVC resin, free of harmful materials such as benzene, formaldehyde and heavy metals, and phthalate-free. The final product has been tested, from over 179 different types of hazardous materials, chemicals.

Super durable abrasion

The SPC floor has a transparent wear-resistant layer. Test result No. EN660-2: 1999 + A 1: 2003 is Group T, thus excellent wear resistance.

Superfine anti-slip class

Safety is one of our main goals in flooring production. The result is a specially developed structure with a non-slip class.

Easy to install with low requirements on subfloor

Compared to a traditional LVT floor, SPC has a distinct advantage because it contains a rigid core that can hide many imperfections of a poor quality substrate.
